Buttercup Acres Gypsy Queen

Funny how goats can be a ministry sometimes... They provide more than just dairy products, but through their companionship and personality they become therapy animals to you and to others. Gypsy is this to me and more. So I don't put it mildly when I say that it was a straight blessing from God to be able to add Gypsy to have had her at our place for a season. We have had several of her daughters and a son and grandson that we've used. Most of our herd stems from this beautiful doe. 

This being said, what drew me to like her in the beginning was her beauty and her pedigree. She is a distant relative of Lakeshore Farms Extasia, a Crown Excess daughter that I have admired for a long time. Gypsy is reminiscent of her and also has a lovely mammary. This picture is of her winning Reserve Grand against some pretty steep competition as a seven year old. I am very grateful to Cindy at Dair-e-Does for allowing us to bring this special girl into our herd.
